We always counsel buyers to take the first step of getting pre-approved. You have to know what you can afford before we start looking! We are happy to provide recommendations if needed.
What is the first step in selling a home?
There are a few steps you can take (after contacting us of course!) when selling your home. The most important is to figure out what your next step is when your house sells…where are you going? Another great step is to declutter! Get rid of the excess you may have built up in this home before a potential buyer steps in to take a tour.
What do I need to do before contacting At Home?
Make a list of all your questions and bring every single one of them to us! We are here to take the guesswork out of this process and ease your load as much as possible.
